Vivianne Orji is the President of Communications and Operations. She is a senior strategic adviser to the organization’s executive and volunteer leadership teams on reputation, communications issues, and risk-related matters. In her role, she assists with the strategic development and support of the organization’s community and network fundraising programs, corporate support and operations, and volunteerism.
As the organization’s senior-most staff executive, Vivianne is responsible for driving the development and implementation of HOOF’s income and mission strategies across the eastern states of Nigeria. She also works to engage corporate executives, community partners, high-level donors, and leadership volunteers in furthering the fight against economic barriers that stifle the progress of small business entrepreneurs and young adults seeking jobs.
